A standard type sleeper anchor is attached to a sleeper and increases the resistance force in the lateral and longitudinal directions of the sleeper. It is particularly effective for prevention of buckling due to rail creeping caused by temperature rise in the summer, buckling when a train passes through a curved turn-out in the same or opposite direction, and other various buckling such as in curve sections, etc.
