This fitting prevents sleeper shift by attaching the body fixing frame to the upper part of a
turn-out sleeper and coupling it with a joint bar and maintain the space of sleepers.
This device shall be used for anti-defective switch and anti-defective locking caused
by the distortion of the turn-out, in order to maintain the normal condition of turn-out sleeper.
Connecting with a grid sleeper is also possible.
