About us

President greetings

We contribute to the comfortable life of people by creating the further safety of railways with the joy of creation as the driving force.

President
Kennosuke Hayashi

We have been engaged in the production of railway signal and track maintenance equipment since the establishment of our company in 1981.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all of you for your continuous patronage and support which extended to our company for a long time.

Railways have been used by many people as the most familiar and safest transportation system for a long time .
As a manufacturer of railway signal and track maintenance equipment, which are an important piece of infrastructure, I do believe that our mission is to improve further safety of the products and protect people's comfortable lives.

The Ichihara plant, which was completed in 2017, is operating as a new products development and mass production base and also as an export base for overseas market.
We will keep trying to improve our facilities and continue to hone our skills based on the experience and technologies we have cultivated over the years, so that we can meet customers’ expectations.
The origin of the company name "Hayashi Soji" comes from our strong desire to meet all of our customers' requests.
We will continue to work together as a company to evolve with the times and do our utmost to provide our customers with even greater satisfaction.

I do hope and appreciate your continued support and encouragement in the future, too.
