This sole plate is used to mount a point machine. There is a type laid under the base plate and a type that overlaps part of the base plate. These sole plates are generally made of iron plate with a thickness of 9 mm.
When using a direct connection device or fastening device for point machine, the sole plate for point machine is partially or entirely omitted.
